| Janab Yahya BhaiSaheb had called a meeting on Sunday 10:30am in Adam Masjid.
The agenda of the meeting was to update all the zakireen leaders on the
followup and what next after workshop sessions.
Janab Yahya BhaiSaheb briefed the gathering on all aspects and informed them
how these workshops were arranged.
Janab read the arzi mubarak which was offered as Sajadatus Shukr to Huzure
Ala.
Janab informed the gathering that Mehlam BhaiSaheb was very happy and
Shehzada Qusai BhaiSaheb is also appreciative on the conduct of a successful
workshop.
All attendants offered special thanks to Janab Mehlam BhaiSaheb, his team
and Faize Hakimi, Karachi Jamaat who were there always to help the committee
and zakireen organize such a big event.
Janab Yahya BhaiSaheb briefed the Azaim which were recited by Janab Mehlam
BhaiSaheb on the third day of workshop.
Saturday would now be a Ilmi Day,
when Zakireen would gather in Al Mohallatul Burhaniyah and take barakat of
lessons conducted by Asataza of Al Jamea tus Saifiyah.
Every Tuesday
Zakireen will take Asbaaq from their Aamil Sahebs. Sunday would be reserved
for family activities.
Monday should be utilized from Tamreen (practice
sessions).
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are kept for darees.
No zakir
should attend more than 2 darees a week and the check would be kept by the
party leaders. Party leaders would submit a monthly report to the IT
Committee in which they will give their schedule of darees and majalis they
attended alongwith the kalaams they recited during the darees.
This briefing was agreed by all members.
Adnan Bhai Jamali gave briefing the need of all zakireen to get acquainted with
computers, get their email IDs, and be in contact with Janab Mehlam
Bhaisaheb.
Hunaid Bhai Mithaiwala, Hatim Bhai Dabbawala, M. Zainulabedeen Bhai Dabbawala would assist Adnan
Bhai in guiding the parties. All parties agreed to cooperate and achieve the
target.
The meeting concluded on healthy notes with an agreement that all zakireen
would work hard to achieve the required milestone. |
